Complete Social Media Launch for a New Business

From strategy and branding to content creation and ad management, I built Crunch & Chill’s entire social media presence from the ground up—helping this new business make a memorable debut online.

Every part of our strategy was designed with El Paso, Texas in mind. From the visuals to the ad targeting, our goal was to connect the brand with its local community — the people most likely to visit, share, and support a homegrown business. We focused our content and paid campaigns on El Paso audiences, especially local food lovers and fans of anime and Asian culture, creating a social presence that felt authentic, relatable, and rooted in the city’s unique mix of creativity and culture.

From Zero Followers to
Over 3,000+ in 3 months.

For this project, we built a full social media presence from the ground up — designed to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales.

Our collaboration included full account setup and optimization, a consistent posting strategy with 4 feed posts per week (including 3 reels per month), and 5 engaging stories each week featuring product updates, specials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Each post was backed by custom caption writing, scheduling, and advanced engagement (responding to comments, DMs, and community outreach five times per week). To create original, high-quality visuals, we produced a monthly 2-hour photo and video session, delivering professional images and short video clips for full commercial use.

To fuel growth, we ran 2 Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns per month, tracked progress through monthly analytics reports, and continuously refined the strategy with profile optimizations and a 30-minute marketing consulting session focused on new lead opportunities.

The client also received a detailed Social Media Strategy PDF — their complete guide to posting, branding, and ongoing success.

  • Our video ads were strategically targeted toward El Paso foodies and fans of anime and Asian culture, connecting the brand with audiences who share a passion for unique flavors, creativity, and cultural experiences. Each ad highlighted the brand’s personality and visual style, using engaging visuals and localized targeting to reach communities most likely to engage, share, and visit the online store.

  • Our social media strategy built on the client’s existing brand colors and graphics, creating clear guidelines for tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms. We conducted target audience research to identify the most engaged communities and refined the overall content direction to better connect with them. The result was a cohesive content and posting strategy designed to enhance brand consistency, increase engagement, and maximize the impact of every post and campaign.

  • Our monthly media sessions ensured the brand always had fresh, up-to-date visuals to reflect ongoing product changes and store updates. Each session captured the essence of the business — from its evolving product line to the atmosphere of the store — helping tell the story of a new brand growing and finding its identity.
